Shipping & returns
Shipping costs are free for any orders.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.
France: 1-3 business days
International: 2-7 business days
RECO offers free returns on all orders.
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please note that the item must be unused and in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method within 10 days and does not include shipping costs.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you would like to exchange something for a different model, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
Taxes & Duties
All taxes are included for EU countries. All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.
